Hey we're all gonna get laid! -R. Dangerfield

When all is said and done, the weather and love are the two elements about which one can never be sure.
~Alice Hoffman
It is with our passions, as it is with fire and water, they are good servants but bad masters.

No fortune cookie today (I'm sick of Chinese food JK!!!!), No iPod Songs today. The weather is fantastic and it's a Friday, what more could you ask for? The cynic in me believes that is too many good things for one day, while the optimist says, "Hey we're all gonna get laid!" (My optimist is a big Caddyshack fan.) Lookin' to make it two good drunken weekends in a row, starting with a party tonite (whereabouts are secret) and a b-day party tomorrow. Got several invitations for Shamrock-Fest, but I think I'll avoid that one, hopefully I will be nursing a hangover and or making my way back to Arlington from the aforemention "secret location," as S-Fest starts. Whatever happens my only wish for this weekend is to catch up with old friends, AND meet some new people. Been a busy day already at work and the count down to 3:30 begins now!

Shamrock Fest is such a scam. Pay $20 to stand in a fenced in 8 block area, buy crappy trinkets, pay (AGAIN) about $5 a beer, just to have some blitzed meathead spill it when they carelessly bump into you.

(hint: the only way to go- though it's too late now- is to register as a volunteer. you get in free, get a t-shirt, and simply never report for your scheduled time working the beer truck. or do, and flirt with the consumers- whatever your pleasure!)
